In an era of erasure (particularly of Black and Brown histories of resistance), art is how we remember and reinforce who we are. My creative work lives at the intersection of poetry, performance, storytelling, and community gathering. Whether on stage, behind a microphone, or curating spaces for connection, I create experiences that resonate with people or diverse audiences.
Poetry is where my voice first found its power.
My spoken word explores identity, liberation, healing, love, and collective resistance. I perform for large-scale or intimate spaces, giving the same energy each whether it's 2 or 2,000. I'm available for community events, private gatherings, and cultural spaces seeking art that resonates beyond the moment.
